Pain Management/Safe Opioid Prescribing/Opioid Use Disorder


Navigating pain management, safe opioid prescribing, and opioid use disorder is a three hour CE program designed to meet the educational needs for pharmacists. The program will be accredited in 6, 30-minute modules/sessions.

Disclosure Policy

The participant must provide the correct NABP ePID number/DOB combination in their electronic profile. All CPE evaluations must be completed within 60 days of completing the activity. It is the participant's responsibility to check that their credit records are correct within the 60 day period after completion of the activity.   Log in to CPE Monitor at www.mycpemonitor.net to view a list of all ACPE-accredited activities you have taken. Any discrepancies must be resolved with the CPE Provider directly and in a timely manner.

Requirements for CE Credit

This program contains six modules worth 0.5 credit hours each.  You must complete each module along with the associated questions and an evaluation to earn credit for that module.  You can earn a maximum of 3 credit hours for completing all the modules.
 
Credit will be awarded for each module individually after the evaluations have been completed, typically within 7 days.
 
It is the responsibility of the learner to ensure that their credits have been properly awarded.  Please contact us immediately if there is any discrepancy.

Brief Bio : June Oliver is an APRN leader for multidisciplinary in-patient Pain Consultation Team responsible for collaborative management of acute, chronic and post-operative pain for in-patients, as well as selected out-patients. She coordinates interdisciplinary referrals and acts as liaison to physician and other services for pain patients. Provides multidisciplinary education & facilitates institution-wide quality improvement initiatives related to pain management.
