Requirements for CE Credit

 
To receive CE credit, the participant must complete the entire course (be present for the entire live presentation, or read the monograph in its entirety etc.), and complete the online pretest and post-test (as indicated for the activity) with a score greater than that specified for the course.   The participant must  also complete the online evaluation.  The evaluation must be completed within 60 days following the activity for live activities.  Evaluations completed after 60 days will not be awarded credit.    

SIUE School of Pharmacy will transmit pharmacist activity completions to CPE Monitor. To view a list of all ACPE-accredited activities you have taken, log in to CPE Monitor at www.mycpemonitor.  For information on the eligibility of this continuing education credit toward meeting your CME/CE requirements, please consult your professional association or state licensing board.
