Walter earned his B.S. Pharm from Howard University, his M.S. in Pharmaceutical Administration from The Ohio State University and his Ph.D. in Pharmacy Administration from the University of Maryland Baltimore. He has been the Director of Continuing Education since 2007.

The SIUE School of Pharmacy has closed down the Continuing Education Program effective November 30, 2024.

You can no longer submit courses for credit.

Courses completed and evaluations submitted prior to November 30, 2024 will be issued credit before the end of December 2024.
